Bejeweled Twist is a tile-matching puzzle game where players rotate groups of four gems clockwise in a 2x2 space to create matches of three or more identical gems, clearing them and triggering cascades as gems fall from above. New mechanics include Lightning Gems (from 5+ matches, clearing entire rows/columns), Supernova Gems (from 6+ matches, affecting 3x3 areas), Flame Gems (from 4+ matches, exploding surrounding gems), special Bad Gems, Locks, Bombs, and Dooms that add strategic depth.
