Castlevania - Order of Ecclesia

Castlevania: Order of Ecclesia is an action RPG and metroidvania starring Shanoa, a young woman serving in the Order of Ecclesia tasked with sealing Dracula using the powerful Dominus glyphs. Gameplay features exploration of Dracula's Castle on a world map, acquisition of over 100 glyphs that grant weapons, magic, familiars or stat boosts, and combat where all attacks consume MP (which regenerates over time). Bosses and endgame content like Boss Rush and Hard Mode are present, with Albus Mode for additional playable characters. The story is set in the 19th century, where the Belmont clan has vanished; Shanoa, chosen as vessel for Dominus, loses her memories and emotions after Albus steals the glyphs during a ritual, leading her to retrieve them and confront Dracula and Death. Supporting elements include the order's leader Barlowe and various villagers. It stands out with the innovative Glyph System, gothic art style, female protagonist, and a haunting tale of lost memories, sacrifice, and the fight against eternal darkness.
