About the Game

Code of Princess is an action RPG featuring hack-and-slash combat on a three-plane battlefield. Players control Princess Solange Blanchefleur de Lux, who is entrusted with the ancient sword DeLuxcalibur after her kingdom of DeLuxia is attacked and she is exiled by the Distron army. In single-player mode there is a story-driven campaign with several scenarios where only 4 characters (Solange, Ali, Zozo, Allegro) are playable; free play and bonus quests are also available. The story follows Solange, a thief named Ali, a zombie-like necromancer Lady Zozo, a bard/sage named Allegro and others as they fight monsters and armies to uncover the truth. It stands out through its satisfying chain attack combos, lock-on and burst mechanics for damage doubling, dynamic switching between foreground and background planes, cooperative versus modes up to 4 players, and its faithful fusion of action beat-'em-up with RPG progression and character customization.
