About the Game

Comix Zone is a beat 'em up action/adventure game set inside a living comic book. Players control Sketch Turner, a young street artist who is transported into the panels of his own illustrated story. Each level consists of two comic pages where you punch and kick enemies in a side-scrolling beat 'em up format. Mechanics include breaking through walls and panels by destroying comic panels, revealing hidden items and secrets as you smash through the story's boundaries. Gameplay modes are single-player only with no multiplayer. The standout feature is the comic-book world itself, where everything feels like you're inside a hand-drawn story with dynamic panel breaks and talk bubbles.
