Dark Law - Meaning of Death

Dark Law: Meaning of Death is a strategy RPG on the Super Famicom where you create 1-4 characters (with names, gender, and stat points) and explore a medieval world at war. Battles occur in a field with an action point meter that depletes when moving; you attack by facing enemies and pressing the button when ready. The story follows the legend of Princess Sofia sacrificing to seal an ancient dungeon 300 years ago, which has been unsealed by monsters appearing due to the evil god gaining power. You handle quests, solve puzzles by combining items, and delve into a single challenging dungeon. What makes it stand out is its hybrid point-and-click adventure, tactical turn-based combat, and deep RPG simulation elements like character creation and dungeon crawling in a world threatened by divine imbalance.
