About the Game

Dial Q o Mawase! is an adult-themed mahjong game for the Sega Genesis and Mega Drive. Players take the role of a private detective hired to investigate his client's husband and are sent to a secret underground mahjong club. The game is a recreation of the traditional Chinese mahjong with six opponents; winning rounds causes each opponent to remove clothing pieces, progressing to nudity. Successful wins provide phone numbers as targets and passwords. It features light visual novel-style progression, hentai artwork, and mahjong mechanics. It stands out for its erotic adult content, though gameplay is basic and the title is unlicensed.
