Kirby 64 - The Crystal Shards

Kirby 64: The Crystal Shards is a 2.5D side-scrolling platformer released in 2000 for the Nintendo 64. Players control Kirby as he reunites the shattered Crystal shards scattered by the evil Dark Matter across the galaxy, starting on Pop Star. Gameplay involves jumping, running, and inhaling enemies to gain copy abilities like Burning, Stone, Ice, Needle, Bomb, Spark, and Cutter. The standout feature is Power Combos, where Kirby combines two abilities (e.g., Needle + Cutter for arrows) to create stronger effects. Story follows Ribbon the fairy, Adeleine the artist, King Dedede, and Waddle Dee in rescuing the shards from Dark Matter orbs. There are six planets with bosses and bonus games.
