About the Game

Little Nicky is a side-scrolling platformer developed by Digital Eclipse and published by Ubisoft for Game Boy Color. Gameplay involves guiding the half-demon half-angel Nicky through 24 levels inspired by the 2000 movie, using demonic powers such as possession, flaming belches, and other abilities to navigate platforms, avoid enemies, and reach objectives like collecting items. There are also five minigames including fishing, darts, a shooting gallery, pineapple throwing, and Satanhead face creator. The story follows Nicky as his brothers escape hell, causing his father Satan to fall apart, forcing Nicky to travel to Earth to stop them and return to hell. It stands out for its humorous tie-in to the film, quirky character design, and combo of platforming with power-up abilities.
