Lufia - Curse of the Sinistrals

Lufia: Curse of the Sinistrals is an action RPG remake of the 1995 Super Nintendo classic. Players choose from six party members including Maxim, a monster hunter with mysterious powers; Selan, a military commander and Maxim's wife; Guy, a warrior from Tanbel known for his strength; Tia, Maxim's best friend skilled with gadgets; Dekar, a powerful fighter; and Lexis, an inventor. The story follows Maxim's quest to defeat the Sinistral of Destruction, Gades, and the resurgence of the Sinistrals threatening the world. Gameplay mixes real-time dungeon exploration, combat with character-specific attacks and skills (using an IP gauge for special moves), platforming, grappling hooks for Tia, and puzzle-solving elements. It stands out for its seamless switching between up to three active party members, fully 3D character models with voice acting, and a blend of action-platformer mechanics inspired by Zelda with RPG progression.
