About the Game
Medarot 9 - Kuwagata Ver. is a turn-based RPG for Nintendo 3DS featuring Medabot robot battles. The player controls protagonist Tenma Wakakoma, a mild-mannered boy who transfers to the elite MEDA Academy on an isolated island. He starts with starter Medarots Jhuk or Monjiro (depending on version) that initially disobey commands, only following orders after the first boss fight against Beast Duster. Over 290 Medarots can be collected and customized with weapons, parts, and abilities. Battle in strategic turn-based combat with leveling, training, and club activities at school. The game stands out for its large robot roster, academy setting, and personal growth through exploration and battles.
