Mega Man Zero 4

Mega Man Zero 4 is a 2D action-platformer hack-and-slash game where players guide Zero through eight main stages separated by mini-bosses, battling Mavericks with his Z-Saber and Buster Shot while the new Z-Knuckle enables hanging, obstacle destruction, and weapon theft. A weather system lets players choose clear or stormy conditions to alter level difficulty and unlock secret passages, and a simplified Cyber-elf system with a single powerful upgradable elf (Croire) provides category-based assistance (Nurse, Animal, Hacker). Players create body chips by combining random enemy-drop parts from rescued NPCs to enhance double-jumping and self-recovery. The story follows Zero and the Resistance defending Area Zero from Operation Ragnarok, a space cannon plot led by the Einherjar Eight Warriors commanded by Craft (who has conflicted motives involving Neige), culminating in battles against Dr. Weil and Craft as Ragnarok falls toward Earth.
