About the Game
Morita Shougi is a Famicom adaptation of the Japanese board game shogi, whose rules are similar to chess. Players can face another person or a computer opponent with three difficulty levels. The game also allows pieces to be placed freely to edit a board position, and a match can be interrupted while its moves are reviewed backward and forward.
