About the Game
Racket Attack is a professional tennis simulation game for the NES featuring an angled overhead view of the court with real-time score and animated spectators. Players choose one-player mode for a national tournament where they must win seven increasingly difficult matches to claim the championship trophy, or two-player head-to-head singles exhibition. Select from eight male or eight female players, each with unique strengths and weaknesses, and choose from grass, clay, or hard court surfaces. There are six possible moves including lob, volley, and slice, with serving angle adjusted slightly for the camera view. The North American version includes Wilson endorsement and ADPCM audio in the Japanese Moero!! Pro Tennis release for better announcer voice and sound effects.
