About the Game
Kurupoto: Cool Cool Stars is a puzzle game for Nintendo DS where you rotate a grid to maneuver a star back to its halo and restore the night sky on the fantasy island of Kurupoto. The story follows you, the Kurupoto star-worshipper, as you free scattered haloes from puzzles to help fallen round stars shine again. Gameplay involves tapping and rotating the playfield to shift the star and alien inhabitants (harsh square forms) to connect the star with its hoop halo, with levels based on constellations. Characters include the star, haloes, and planet inhabitants; mechanics feature 90-degree grid rotations and puzzle-solving.
