About the Game
Taito Chase H.Q. is a vehicular combat racing game where the player drives a black Porsche 928 as a police officer. Gameplay requires chasing fleeing criminals in high-speed pursuits; the criminal's car escapes unless the player gets close enough to ram it multiple times until stopped and arrested. Time limits apply at the start of each level and for ramming, with road splits requiring correct turns to shorten the chase. Five levels feature different villain cars, and completing the game without continuing yields bonus points. The Game Gear version is a faithful port with enhanced UI graphics and 60 Hz support for smoother play.
