About the Game
Rising Zan: The Samurai Gunman is an action-adventure game starring Zan, a former cowboy turned samurai-gunslinger. Players control Zan in a unique blend of Western and Eastern worlds, using a revolver named Johnny No More in one hand and katana Demon Slayer in the other. Rescue hostages, chain combos of sword and gun attacks, and complete "All Button Events" for score multipliers and rank-ups (Chicken to Super Ultra Sexy Hero). Unlock Hustle Mode for super speed and power. Story: after a scar from a samurai, Zan trains in Japan and returns to fight ninja and wooden men threatening the Wild West. Standout is the quirky premise, sung theme songs, and boss finishing moves ranked Wicked to Bitchin'. Single-player only.
