About the Game

令旗所向 is a strategy adventure game for the Nintendo DS set during the Battle of Sekigahara in the Sengoku period. Players control Ishida Mitsunari, the leader of the Western army, and try to reverse historical events to secure victory for the Western forces. The game splits into a strategy portion where players gather intelligence on allies and enemies, and a battle portion where they command troops on the field using reports and orders. A special "persuasion" mode allows changing allies' minds using dialogue keywords and items. The game features a chess-like battlefield system with multiple generals having distinct personalities.
