1080 TenEighty Snowboarding

1080° Snowboarding is a snowboarding simulation sports game developed and published by Nintendo for the Nintendo 64. Players control one of five snowboarders from a third-person perspective across eight levels, using a combination of buttons to jump and perform tricks. The objective is to reach the finish line quickly or score the highest by executing trick combinations, with 24 standard tricks plus secret ones triggered by control stick circles, R, Z, and B buttons. There are two trick modes (Trick Attack and Contest), three race modes (Race, Time Attack, 2 Players), a Training mode, and Options. Each character has unique stats like acceleration, balance, and edge control, with selectable snowboards and goofy/normal styles for deep customization. The game stands out for its realistic physics, early 3D snowboarding gameplay, and innovative trick system that helped pioneer extreme sports video games.
