Absolute Outbreak 3

Zettai Zetsumei Toshi 3: Kowareyuku Machi to Kanojo no Uta (Disaster Report 3: The Damaged City and Her Song) is an action-adventure game on PSP. You play as college student Naoki Kousaka (male option) or Rina Makimura (female option), who boards a bus to a new life and is trapped in a tunnel after a massive earthquake destroys Central Island. Gameplay involves survival mechanics like managing stress, health, hunger, and stamina while crawling through debris, climbing, and evading dangers; team up with companions Saki Honjou (nurse and singer) and Ayami Hazuki (shy high school girl). The story follows the survivors' desperate escape as the city collapses into a flooded island, uncovering conspiracies involving construction firms and geological threats. Standout elements include selectable protagonists with different stat profiles, emotional music from Saki, multiple endings based on choices, and realistic disaster tension with voice acting and cutscenes.
