About the Game
The Amazing Spider-Man: Lethal Foes is a 2D side-scrolling platformer released exclusively in Japan for Super Famicom. Players control Spider-Man swinging his webs, climbing walls, running, jumping, and fighting through various city and underground levels to stop a villainous plot. He battles multiple foes including Beetle, Lizard, Mysterio, Alistair Smythe, Green Goblin, Scorpion, Venom, Doctor Octopus, and Carnage as boss characters. Friendly heroes like Human Torch, Speedball, and Iron Fist appear in cutscenes between levels. The game includes a hidden level select and sound test.
