Animal Boxing

Animal Boxing is a sports/fighting game for the Nintendo DS where players box against over 50 anthropomorphic animals in arenas using touchscreen controls. The DS is held upside down with the touch screen facing up to throw punches while the face buttons or D-pad (depending on dominant hand) handle defense. Single-player Championship Mode lets you compete to become King of the Animal Kingdom against AI animals, while multiplayer supports wireless VS battles with humans or animals. The story is set in the peaceful Animal Village where a new boxing gym reignites natural instincts for fist-fighting, with the goal of determining the King of the Animal Kingdom. Playable characters include a customizable human protagonist and unlocked animal boxers, each with unique move sets. What makes it stand out is the innovative upside-down DS gameplay using the touch screen for punches, the vibrant animal designs, and the fun, accessible combat that works across single-player and multiplayer modes.
