About the Game
Assassin's Creed: Altaïr's Chronicles is an action-adventure game for Nintendo DS set in 1190 AD. Players control Altaïr Ibn-La'Ahad as he searches for the legendary Chalice artifact while in conflict with the Templar Order. Gameplay blends 2.5D hack-and-slash combat, stealth assassinations, parkour traversal, and mini-games (interrogation, pickpocketing) using the DS touch screen for map and controls. The story features Altaïr's early Assassin training under Al Mualim, encounters with Templars like Basilisk, and historical quests across Crusader-era lands.
