About the Game

Wild Choppers (狂野直升机) is a third-person helicopter shooter for Nintendo 64. Players control one of eight prototype choppers with varying speed, armor, and weapon loadouts (up to 5 missiles). Gameplay involves 8 mission objectives such as bombing enemy bases, escorting Air Force One, and rescuing POWs in jungle or canyon environments, each with a strict time limit. Points are awarded for enemy kills, accuracy, and survival. Single-player only (split-screen 2-player planned but dropped). What makes it stand out is its intense, time-pressured mission structure and varied weapon choices.
