About the Game
Contra Advance is a run-and-gun platformer featuring iconic characters like Bill Rizer and Lance Bean fighting alien invaders across alien worlds. The game remixes levels from the classic NES Contra games with new challenges, bosses, and power-ups exclusive to this GBA release. Gameplay focuses on fast-paced action with precise platforming, multiple weapon types (spread gun, laser, flamethrower), and co-op two-player mode. The vibrant sprite work and intense difficulty curve make it a standout portable entry in the series.
