About the Game
Crystalis is set in a post-apocalyptic world one hundred years after a global thermonuclear war reduced civilization to a primitive medieval state populated by fierce mutated creatures. Science and advanced technology were abandoned while magic survived, and the survivors built a floating Tower to prevent another cataclysm. Emperor Draygon has revived forbidden science and combined it with magic, using the world's last military power in an attempt to enter the Tower and conquer what remains of the planet.
