About the Game

Custom Robo GX is an action role-playing game developed by Noise and published by Nintendo for the Game Boy Advance, released exclusively in Japan on July 26, 2002. Players progress through the story by winning battles, using customizable Custom Robos and battle parts to reduce an opponent's hit points from 1000 to 0. Unlike other entries in the series, its battles take place in 2D rather than 3D, and it features unique mechanics such as random Robocannon launch timing and an exclusive Action-Chip system that lets players create defensive shields and expand their tactical options.
