About the Game
Daibakushou Jinsei Gekijou is a multiplayer board game simulation for the Super Nintendo, the first in Taito's Bakushou Jinsei Gekijou series set on the SNES. Up to four players (or AI) start as toddlers and progress through life stages to retirement age, rolling dice to land on squares, earning money, and adjusting stats like strength, intelligence, and charm that affect income and bonuses. Each stage is a self-contained board with random positive or negative events; the first to reach the end of a stage earns a bonus, and all proceed to the next. Anime-style graphics, split-screen multiplayer, and humorous 'Bakushou' (explosive laughter) events make it stand out as a Japanese Game of Life analog with light RPG progression elements.
