About the Game

Deadly Arts (known as G.A.S.P!! Fighters' NEXTream in Japan) is a 3D fighting game featuring eight fighters competing in a martial arts tournament. Players engage in one-on-one battles using a variety of striking and grappling techniques across multiple arenas. The game includes standard arcade, versus, and practice modes with a focus on weapon-based combat styles. Each character represents different fighting disciplines with unique move sets and special attacks. While attempting to compete in the crowded N64 fighting game market, it struggled to distinguish itself from more prominent titles of the era.
