F-15 Strike Eagle

F-15 Strike Eagle is a realistic flight combat simulation for the NES where players pilot an F-15 Strike Eagle fighter jet across missions over Libya, the Persian Gulf, or Vietnam. Gameplay involves taking off from the cockpit, selecting primary and secondary targets, engaging enemy fighters in air-to-air combat, and deploying missiles, bombs, drop tanks, flares, and chaff while avoiding surface-to-air missiles and other threats. The game features difficulty levels ranging from Rookie to Ace, with increasing challenge as players advance. It ends when the player's plane crashes, is destroyed, or returns to base. What makes it stand out is its authentic F-15 dynamics and strategic mission variety for an 8-bit NES port.
