Ōkishi Monogatari

Grand Knights History is a tactical RPG developed by Vanillaware for PSP. In the fantasy world of Rystia, three warring kingdoms—Logres (ruled by King Fausel), Union (ruled by King Leon), and Avalon (ruled by Queen Muse)—clash in a never-ending conflict. Players create up to four customizable characters (Knight, Archer, or Wizard classes) and lead them on missions to uncover the Saintess's treasures and stop the King of Chaos. Gameplay features turn-based combat on a 4x3 grid with action point systems, class triangles, weapon/armor customization, and skill unlocking. There is a main single-player story mode with optimization and stat tweaking, plus asynchronous online/offline war modes where your knighted units battle AI or other players. The game stands out with Vanillaware's signature hand-drawn visuals and deep RPG progression.
