About the Game
Mario Family is not a traditional video game but Mario-themed embroidery software for the Game Boy Color that connects to Jaguar's JN-100 sewing machine via cable. The player selects and customizes patterns featuring characters like Mario, Luigi, and Yoshi, which are then embroidered onto fabric by the machine. It contains 32 patterns (with duplicates for Mario, Luigi, and Yoshi in some cases). This was the first Mario sewing software for the series and the last Mario game released on the Game Boy Color platform.
