About the Game
Okamoto Ayako no Match Play Golf is a golf sports game for the Sega SG-1000 and Othello Multivision consoles. In match-play mode, players compete against professional golfer Ayako Okamoto or each other on courses with fairway shots and putts. The swing meter is unintuitive with confusing controls, and the AI is unfair. It stands out as a licensed title featuring Japan's famous female golfer, emphasizing authentic swing mechanics in a 1-player or 2-player format.
