About the Game
Pocket Monsters Kin is a classic RPG developed by Game Freak for the Game Boy Color. The player starts by receiving a starter Pokémon chosen from Chikorita, Cyndaquil, or Totodile from Professor Elm in the Johto region. The core gameplay involves catching, raising, and battling with Pokémon in turn-based matches using a simplified version of the type system that includes Dark and Steel types for new strategic depth.
