About the Game
Romance of the Three Kingdoms II: Emperor's Continent is a 1992 Namco NES strategy game and the Famicom/NES port of Sangokushi II: Haou no Tairiku. Players lead one of three Shu states (Liu Bei, Sun Quan, or Cao Cao) in a grand strategy simulation to unify China. Gameplay features turn-based campaign maps with general management, battle decisions, and resource management. Story follows the three kingdoms' wars leading to unification. Playable factions are Shu under Liu Bei, Wu under Sun Quan, and Wei under Cao Cao.
