About the Game

In this side-scrolling beat 'em up, players control one of four forest rangers—Gen, Burn, Khan, or Jack—to battle evil poachers in the early 20th century and protect wildlife from extinction. Gameplay involves platforming through stages like cities, trains, boats, jungles, caverns, and poacher hideouts, acquiring and switching between melee weapons (pipe, sword, whip), throwing weapons (knives, grenades), and firearms (revolver, AK-47, rocket launcher), plus performing special attacks and rescues. Animal helpers such as eagles, deer, and elephants briefly aid players after liberation. The Genesis version is single-player only but retains all characters with unique stats in health, attack, and jumping ability.
