About the Game
Fifth Machine Robot War (Super Robot Wars II Gleam) is a grid-based tactical RPG on Game Boy. Players command mechs from multiple anime series on turn-based maps with move, attack, and special actions per unit. Recruitable pilots and mechs are key; destroy enemies to earn cash for upgrades. Story follows Bian Zoldark leading the Divine Crusaders against heroes from Gundam, Mazinger Z, and others. Standout: GB remake adds VGundam and G Gundam, new stages, and route branches for deeper campaigns.
