About the Game
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles IV: Turtles in Time is a side-scrolling beat 'em up where you control the four turtle brothers on a time-travel adventure. Players guide Leonardo, Raphael, Donatello, and Michelangelo through New York streets, sewers, and historical eras to defeat Shredder's Foot Clan and restore the Statue of Liberty. Gameplay features a joystick for movement and two attack buttons for punches, kicks, slides, dashes, and a new power-attack combo. Up to two players can team up cooperatively. The story follows Krang stealing the Statue of Liberty, a time portal sending the turtles to the past and future, and the final battle with Shredder. It stands out with SNES Mode 7 graphics in the Neon Night-Riders level for a forward-scrolling effect and character-specific strengths/weaknesses.
