Two Crude Dudes

In Two Crude Dudes, players control one of two muscle-bound mercenaries hired by the American government to stop the terrorist group Big Valley from taking over a ruined New York City after a nuclear explosion caused by the gang. Gameplay involves side-scrolling beat-'em-up action with platforming elements as players jump, dodge, and attack through legions of enemies, picking up and throwing objects like cars, traffic lights, or even the other character as a projectile in co-op mode. Each character has a life bar that refills between stages after punching a Power Cola vending machine. The game stands out for its humorous, non-serious tone with daft enemy designs like wall-climbing foes who drop poop, and large colorful sprites that feel bigger and badder than its predecessor Bad Dudes vs. DragonNinja, making it a classic humorous beat-'em-up on Mega Drive.
