About the Game
Warrior of Rome is a real-time strategy game for Sega Genesis where the player commands Julius Caesar's Roman legions across four maps in Crete and Egypt. Control up to ten units per battle with options like approach speed, retreat for recovery, and traps. In battle screens, manage side-view combat with elite warriors (units 1-4) and standard troops (5-7). The story follows Caesar in 48 BCE fighting pirates, escorting across the sea, attacking Alexandria, and rescuing Cleopatra. It features a password save system and is the first in the series with a sequel Warrior of Rome II.
