About the Game
Suiko Enbu (水浒演武), known as Outlaws of the Lost Dynasty, is a 2D beat 'em up fighter set in the chaotic world of the 108 Liangshan heroes. Players select from 11-12 characters inspired by Water Margin, each wielding unique weapons like swords, spears, axes, or dual blades, with special attacks and low/medium/high damage levels. Combat features weapon stamina that depletes if blocking too much, forcing bare-handed fighting, plus large detailed sprites, vibrant colors, and dynamic backgrounds from China. Story follows warlords battling for power with Dark Legend powers in the emperor's ultimate test. Standout mechanics include the PS1 Special Mode with extra moves, beginner mode, and hidden Makoto Mizoguchi unlock. Multiplayer supports 2-player versus.
