Wind and Cloud! Grand Cage City

Fuuun! Dairoujou (风云！大笼城) is a tower defense strategy game set in feudal Japan. Players control Shiro Mori, the young master of the ninja clan Korou-ryuu, defending 12 historic castles (each with three stages) against the Dark Army's invasions. Gameplay involves placing defensive units on grid maps to repel waves of enemies and protect the castle gate. Core mechanics include the spear unit (ground attack), archer (air targets), arquebus (triple shots), and general (morale boost); resources come from checkpoints and battles. Story mode follows the plot with sequential battles; other modes include free selection, full castle access, and online multiplayer. It stands out as the first physical NDS tower defense with distinct Japanese castle themes, three-part castle defense sequences, and DS touch-screen unit placement.
