About the Game

Worms is a turn-based artillery strategy game for SNES where players command teams of anthropomorphic worms. Up to four teams of four worms battle on procedurally generated, destructible 2D landscapes. On each turn, a player selects a worm and chooses from an arsenal of weapons like bazookas, grenades, bananas, and exploding sheep. The goal is to eliminate all opponents on the opposing team(s) while avoiding terrain collapse or friendly fire. Levels feature humorous elements and random environmental hazards. It stands out for its cartoonish humor, chaotic physics, and endless replayability through generated levels.
