Dragon Ball Z: Super Gokuden - Totsugeki-Hen

Dragon Ball Z: Super Gokuden - Totsugeki Hen is an action RPG that retells the early adventures of young Son Goku from the original Dragon Ball series up to the battle with Piccolo. Players guide Goku through story events, meeting characters like Bulma, Yamcha, and Master Roshi while engaging in unique real-time battles. Combat requires timing attacks, powering up with L+R buttons, and using defensive maneuvers as Goku and allies face foes including the Pilaf Gang and King Piccolo. The game stands out for its visual novel-style storytelling combined with an innovative battle system emphasizing timing and strategy rather than traditional turn-based RPG fights. It captures the charm and humor of Goku's childhood journey with detailed sprites and faithful adaptation of key moments.
