About the Game

F-1 Race is a Formula 1 racing simulator for the Game Boy. Choose from Type A or Type B car, with A offering better handling and mileage while B provides higher speed. The player always starts last in each race. Grand Prix mode features 9 tracks across countries like Australia, Japan, USA, and Canada. Race against 9 opponents; finish first to advance. Activate temporary speed boost by holding up on the D-pad. Powerslide at corners by holding left or right. Collisions cause spin-outs but no car destruction. Time trials and multiplayer via Four Player Adapter are available. It stands out for its international circuits and Nintendo character cameos at race finishes.
