About the Game
The Japanese release titled Gauntlet lets one to four players choose Thor the Warrior, Thyra the Valkyrie, Merlin the Wizard, or Questor the Elf, each with distinct advantages and disadvantages. Alongside the standard arcade mode are Quest, Battle, and Record modes; Quest has players defeat four towers, buy weapons with collected gold, and improve statistics through experience points. Battle pits players against one another, while Record modifies arcade mode with features such as password continues.
