About the Game

GP-1 is an arcade-style motorcycle racing game for SNES. Players select one of six bikes and six engineers to upgrade and optimize their racing machine before competing in 13 real-world Grand Prix circuits modeled after the 1992 500cc season. The Season mode lets players race against 15 opponents to earn prize money for upgrades. Exhibition mode supports two-player multiplayer racing. Winnings allow fine-tuning of engine, suspension, and frame for better performance. The game stands out for its dynamic bike customization, authentic international track variety, and license-style racer names from the real 1992 season.
