About the Game

Metal Warriors is a side-scrolling action-platform run-and-gun game set in 2102. Players control Lt. Stone, a pilot of an elite squad of mecha suits called Metal Warriors, fighting to overthrow the Dark Axis regime led by dictator Venkar Amon. Gameplay includes nine missions involving base assaults, space rescues, and ground operations; players switch between different mecha suits (including the Havoc suit) for special powers and abilities. It features precise platforming, shooting mechanics, and cooperative or versus multiplayer modes. What stands out is the LucasArts-developed mecha customization and fluid action-platforming reminiscent of Cybernator.
