About the Game
Metroid Fusion is a side-scrolling action-adventure game where players control bounty hunter Samus Aran. After being infected by the parasitic X organisms on planet SR388, Samus is cured using Metroid cells and investigates the Biologic Space Labs (BSL) research station overrun by X parasites and the dangerous SA-X clone. Gameplay features linear exploration across sectors with elevators, acquiring power-ups like the Plasma Beam and Varia Suit, absorbing X to gain abilities, and boss fights against Core-X entities. The story is told through Samus's logs and interactions with her AI commander Adam.
