Musashi no Ken - Tadaima Shugyou Chuu

Musashi no Ken - Tadaima Shugyou Chuu is a side-scrolling action-platformer where players control Musashi, the son of two kendo champions, as he trains for a major tournament in the wilderness. Gameplay mixes obstacle-course platforming—running through stages, avoiding hazards, and collecting shinai swords—with precision kendo combat that includes high, middle, and low attacks. The Akita puppy follows Musashi and must not be left behind. Three training courses lead to a two-player versus kendo tournament against five opponents, where collected swords enable special dashing strikes. The kendo fights emphasize distance management and timing; winning unlocks higher-difficulty replay.
