About the Game
Papi Commando is a top-down run-and-gun action game for Sega Genesis/Mega Drive featuring the cranky grandpa Papi Commando. In the story, the evil Ceplusplus has sent a thief to steal Papi's CommoStrad, forcing Papi to wear his headband and wage war to recover it. Gameplay is a classic side-scrolling run-and-gun experience across 11 exclusive zones (plus 2 bonus zones) where players slash, shoot, and navigate varied enemies such as zombies starving for flesh, cyber guards with AI, and other units. The game includes two-player co-op, versus battle modes, and a difficult final boss fight against the Colonel KassTaGoul.
